As far as we know the Geth are the most advanced AI - excluding the Reapers - and neither sexually interact or have specific genders. er, no?And there is no point of a specific genderalization.
Her liking Joker on an intellectual, computerized level I can buy, but that an AI program interprets that as romantical attraction. Her in a sex bot body really subverts her concept and the romance arc with joker is creepy given she has no darwinian sex drive and would be weird for her to have one.
